Back up everything in Supabase
One click downloads a copy of everything your login can see:
- Every table (clients, people, documents, risk assessments, engagements, wording, services, tasks and anything else it can find) as one JSON file.
- Every uploaded file (client documents, ID documents, issued PDFs) in zip files, about 200 MB each.
- A report listing what was saved and anything that could not be.
Before you start: your browser may ask to allow this page to download multiple files. Click Allow, or some downloads will be blocked. Keep this tab open until it says Finished.
What this does not include
A browser can only read what your login is allowed to see. So this copy does not include the login accounts and passwords, the server's secret keys and settings, or any table your login has no permission to read. It is a copy of your information, not of the server. Keep the downloaded files somewhere safe and encrypted: they contain National Insurance numbers, dates of birth, ID documents and Companies House codes.
